Journal Update

Waking Early in the morning, Clan Crimaria left the City of Desert Edge to continue on there quest of battling the monsters of the swamps to the North. Having recently outfitted the bulk of there party with new magical weapons they went forward into battle with renewed vigor. Moving to the Northwest across the swamps, the brave party searched for their pray, steadily battling the bugs and other small pests that they had been figting agaisnt for the better part of the week. Silently they made there way through the thick muck until they heard movement ahead. Taking up their positions the four warriors moved to the front of the group, protecting the healer, magnus and ranger behind them. As they moved into the area, the beasts in which they had heard attacked. A large group of 22 Lizard's broke through the murky water quite quick and raging for battle. Once the brave party stopped the Lizard Onslaught the tides quickly turned to there side. Twice Clan Crimaria charged into the Lizard's ranks untill finally slaughtering the last one. Searching the pile of dead bodies for Trophy ears, and other salvagable items. At the bottom of the pile the party came across something that they had stumbled into much to often in the swamps, The beaten bodies of other parties that had ventured to deep. Moving through the bodies Clan Crimaria took what the party no longer needed and buried the bodies in the deep swamp, before venturing further to the north. By the time the party had decided to rest they had battled two more war parties of Lizards, and a small group of Baslik. as well as another dead party. Deciding to call it a day of venturing the party finally made camp to the east of the city of Barren Lands. Wearily watching the swamp to their sides for movement as they slept...
